Our team is offering you a traditional approach to yoga which is combined with Western Psychosomatic and Physio yoga healing-based technique. Our teachers will guide you into the fusion of Ancient and Modern Scientific techniques so that you are equipt with the understanding of biomechanics and a foundation for customising creative, safe and healing sequencing. In line with Organic Postural Adjustment, our approach to yoga is breath-based. Your breath will guide you towards the right posture for your unique, individual self. Imbalances in the rib cage and spine, as well as incorrect breathing patterns do not allow the proper muscles to be activated during breathing. This leads to the over-use of other muscles and structures of the body, which can lead to muscle stress and injury. Thus, we place utmost emphasis and attention on our students’ understanding of the importance of breathing with the diaphragm and correct breathing patterns.
Our training is like a laboratory – we explore, confront and discuss Eastern and Western tools and perspectives on practicing yoga today. We have the highest respect for the old traditional tools and techniques, but we also take care of staying updated with the modern science and discoveries. Only by merging East and West we believe we can deliver to our students the highest quality programs that will allow everybody to understand and apply Yoga into their daily lives.
