A Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training School in Goa, Dharamsala and Bali

As a modern yoga schools rooted in the original Indian tradition we love both ancient and contemporary aspects of yogic practices.

Our team is offering you a traditional approach to yoga which is combined with Western Psychosomatic and Physio yoga healing-based technique. Our teachers will guide you into the fusion of Ancient and Modern Scientific techniques so that you are equipt with the understanding of biomechanics and a foundation for customising creative, safe and healing sequencing. In line with Organic Postural Adjustment, our approach to yoga is breath-based. Your breath will guide you towards the right posture for your unique, individual self. Imbalances in the rib cage and spine, as well as incorrect breathing patterns do not allow the proper muscles to be activated during breathing. This leads to the over-use of other muscles and structures of the body, which can lead to muscle stress and injury. Thus, we place utmost emphasis and attention on our students’ understanding of the importance of breathing with the diaphragm and correct breathing patterns.

Our training is like a laboratory – we explore, confront and discuss Eastern and Western tools and perspectives on practicing yoga today. We have the highest respect for the old traditional tools and techniques, but we also take care of staying updated with the modern science and discoveries. Only by merging East and West we believe we can deliver to our students the highest quality programs that will allow everybody to understand and apply Yoga into their daily lives.

We love diversity! That’s why we cooperate only with highly qualified yoga experts and teachers from different countries, of different age, from different cultural and professional backgrounds. We believe that everyone is unique, and we see yoga as a “system beyond systems” – yoga is not about any dogma.

Our major aim is to explain yogic practices from various perspectives – philosophical, scientific, cultural, spiritual… and to let our students understand and teach them safely and with the proper knowledge.

Our international graduates are successfully practicing and teaching this technique to guide their students and clients towards a more balanced and correct way to practice yoga and maintain proper posture in their daily lives.

Trimurtiyoga team has a perfect balance of Indian and international teachers from all over the globe, creating a unique fusion of Eastern and western approach to yoga asanas and philosophy. We teach yoga practice based on our understanding of people’s bio individualities and diversity, and teach yoga that is safe, customized and beneficial for different people with different needs and different abilities.

In our trainings, we as teachers prioritise guiding you towards understanding and experiencing health on physical, psychological, emotional & energetic level. The path of Yoga meas to work on all these levels which will lead you to the ultimate freedom.

Katharina DeMoley, Russia

Yoga Asanas, Philosophy & Meditation

Katharina was born and brought up in Russia. As a child she was always passionate about painting and fine arts. After completing a bachelor degree in Oriental Studies and Chinese Language she was supposed to become a communication expert and mediator in Sino-Russian economic and political relationships.

However, having a strong interest in Eastern philosophies she joined the spiritual path of self-discovery, craving for the answers to the questions about spiritual foundations of life. That made her travel and live in Asia for more than 10 years, out of which 5 she spent in Shanghai. Here she started a yoga teaching career.

In 2012, after coming to India for the first time Katharina left China to dedicate herself completely to a serious yogic education – in ashrams, yoga retreats and meditation camps.

Having Ashtanga Vinyasa as a primary style of her practice, Katharina also teaches Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Yin Yoga, alternating that with Yoga Anatomy, Adjustments & Alignment, Vedic Philosophy, Kriyas, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Meditation.
