BHASKAR PENDYALA (Guhaa Vaasi)

Bhaskar in Sanskrit is one of the 12 names of the Sun that we chant during a traditional Sun Salutation. Just like a ray of sunshine Bhaskar’s words and kindness warm and open up everybody’s heart. His teaching is pure and authentic, just like the scriptures he studies. Bhaskar is one of those original and traditional yogis that you can still meet in India, as if the time had stopped a few thousands years ago.

He was born in a traditional Vedic family, and studied philosophy (mostly Advaita Vedanta School of Adishankaracharya), as well as vedic rituals and mantras. He specialises in Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, Pranayama, and traditional techniques and practices: trataka, kriyas, saddhana.

Bhaskar has been working with Trimurti Yoga for the past 7 years, translating the ancient science of Yoga into the contemporary language. He is famous for humorous story telling, creating chakra-based rap and songs, and light funny personality. He lives exactly what he teaches – being always humble, living in a modest and ethical way, dedicating his entire life into his spiritual journey. And above all his life wisdom and yogic lifestyle inspired thousands of our students so far…
