Daria Varlakhina

E-RYT 200, CEP

A certified teacher of Hatha and Aerial Yoga.

Through out all life Dasha was interested in everything related to BODY: how the body works and what processes occur in it. That’s why after school her choice was in favour of Moscow Medical Academy and after graduating from it she got the profession of pharmacist.

Already in parallel with studies she began to practice yoga in 2006 in Ashtanga Yoga Center in Moscow. After completing in 2009 the Teachers Training Courses of Universal Yoga under the guidance of Andrew Lappa she started teaching yoga. In 2015 she completed TTC of Hatha Yoga at Moscow Yoga School.

 In 2012 daria was certified as Aerial Yoga Teacher in International AirYoga Academy. From 2015 she started practicing  Acroyoga actively and found certain similarities with yoga in hammocks: that is the same work with coordination and balance. Since that time she has visited many workshops in Russia and abroad. (twice been on Israel Acrobatic Convention);

 Dasha keeps on learning different moving practices, such as Ideokinesis, Axis Syllabus, Gaga Dance. Taught yoga mostly in India (Gokarna, Dharmsala) and conducted retreats and workshops in India, Thailand, Georgia and Russia.
