At Trimurti Yoga we always believe that yoga is much more than just being able to bend on the yoga mat, it is a way of living a holistic and fuller life. Yoga is a tool to experience your own being and entails overall wellbeing including physical, mental, emotional and social dimensions.
You may come alone or with a partner and find the perfect break to rebalance yourself in our quiet campus doing morning and evening asana practice along with meditation or theory class on yogic philosophy.
