MODULE 1 : TRADITIONAL HATHA
Hatha yoga is said to be the oldest form of yoga and it is considered to be the most physically challenging.
In hatha yoga, students learn how to control their breath and body, through a variety of poses and movements.
This type of yoga is often recommended for people who want to improve their flexibility, strength, and balance.
Origins of Hatha yoga: How did it develop?
Hatha yoga, the oldest form of yoga, is a physical and mental discipline that helps in the development of body and mind. It is said to be originated in India more than 5000 years ago. Hatha yoga consists of eight limbs: asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), mantra (mantras), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), samadhi (union with God or the Divine) and nirvana (enlightenment).

MODULE 2 : VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa flow is one of the most popular modern styles of a yoga practice, and is based on a dynamic and faster pace.
Vinyasa comes in variety of forms, from a classical Vinyasa Krama Yoga, through the rigid Ashtanga Primary Series, up to modern flows merged with dance, martial arts and fitness.
At Trimurti Yoga you will experience a wide spectrum of Vinyasa style, starting from the fundamental Ashtanga, through a therapeutic 5-Elemental flows, up to its creative and very modern forms.

They called the practice “vinyasa”- a word that means “flow” or “dance”.
